All items are sold "AS IS WHERES IS" with no guarantees. Items are palatized with forklift on site to assist with loading. Shipping arrangement is the responsibility of the Buyer. Inspection terms▾
Most items offered for sale are Surplus Property, used by the State of Arkansas and may contain defects not immediately detectable. These items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no Warranty or Exchanges. Bidders are invited, urged and cautioned to inspect any item you are interested in prior to bidding. Bidders may inspect property prior to placing a bid and must adhere to the days and times (Monday through Friday, (9am to 3pm CST) here at University of Arkansas-Fort Smith (500 N. 51st Street, Fort Smith, AR 72903).
Removal terms▾
All property must be removed from its selling location within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the issuance of the Buyers Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Limited assistance may be provided when time permits. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed on the Buyer's Certificate.
