Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Inspection is by appointment only. Bidders are encouraged to inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidder can ask questions through the Q&A feature.

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. If successful bidder requires a third party to pick up the item won authorization is required for removal of item and release of title. Property may be removed by appointment only. A daily storage fee of $20.00 a calendar day will be charged for any item not removed within 10 business days from the date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
