Removal can be scheduled BY APPOINTMENT ONLY at the pool. Schedule appointments hours by contacting MATT between 8:30 am to 5 pm WEEKDAYS (Monday - Friday) excluding all major holidays, with approval of Matt CONTACT MATT MINAHAN (TOURISM EVENT COORDINATOR ): 979-209-6005 WEEKDAYS BETWEEN 8:30 AM AND 5 PM All items must be removed within a reasonable period agreed upon by MATT from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified and presentation of a photo ID. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. If a third party is removing the item they must provide a copy of the Buyer's certificate and their own photo ID. It is suggested the buyer notify the City of Bryan auction contact if a third party is removing the item.
