Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders cannot inspect the property prior to bidding until further notice. Inspection is by appointment only. Please use the 'Ask a Question' feature to schedule an appointment for Inspection.

Property must be removed by APPOINTMENT only, and APPOINTMENTS must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Our hours of operations for pick-up are Monday – Thursday (5:30 AM – 10:30 AM) (11:00 AM – 3:30 PM) no exceptions! To access the Lab you must first go to Greenville/East Ave, drive through vehicle inspection station at Bldg 610 (follow the signs to LLNL Receiving, not to Sandia Visitor Center). We are located on Avenue J at Bldg 611, next to the gas pumps, in the adjacent yard. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Bill of Sale (BOS).
