One lot consists of (16) Pieces of lawn equipment including (1) walk behind lawn mower, (1) Billy Goat vacuum, (1) line painter, (4) pole trimmers, (1) handheld trimmer, (2) edge trimmers, (3) backpack blowers, (1) handheld blower, (1) leaf blower, and (1) drain snake. The equipment is classified in repairable condition.

This lot is in repairable condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required.
Inspection and Removal
Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment.
Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description.
Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance.
Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
The successful bidder must ensure that they have the resources, equipment and personnel to remove the goods purchased.
Please ensure that you have a vehicle at least 3FT tall to upload items from the dock to your trailer.
The successful bidder will be totally responsible for moving items from the dock to their vehicle.
The entire lot is expected to be removed on the day of pick up.
The successful bidder must schedule pick up of the equipment and the POC for scheduling pick up is Arcelious Isaac (NX Inventory Specialist) @ 601-362-4471 EXT 5-5281 or by email at Arcelious.Isaac@va.gov.
All pick-ups will be scheduled during the following times Mon-Fri. from 8AM-3:30pm Excluded Holidays.
