Failure to inspect property shall not constitute grounds for a claim or withdrawal of a bid after the close of the auction. Items are available for inspection by APPOINTMENT ONLY.
Removal terms▾
**PICK UP ONLY** The Buyer is responsible for PICK UP AT: 40 Fisher Ave, Jonestown, PA 17038. (Lickdale) The Seller has sole discretion to determine whether any refunds will be issued, and no refunds shall be owed unless approved by the Seller. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) will be declared abandoned, and the buyer will receive no financial compensation. You MUST bring an appropriate vehicle for pickup, along with the ***payment confirmation/bill of sale***. The ENTIRE lot must be picked up at one time, no partial pickups. Removal time is from 8:00 a.m. through 2:00 p.m. sharp. Excluding legal holidays. If shipment is being picked up by a third party, then the bill of lading must be emailed to Pamela at pfessler@pa.gov prior to pick up, otherwise carrier will be turned away.
