To our Bidders: Thank you for your interest in our auction! Please read our entire terms and conditions. Here are some T&C highlights: All Lots are AS IS-WHERE IS. We encourage you to research the properties prior to bidding. Our Buyer's premium is 8.5% of the winning bid plus a $695 documentation fee per Auction Lot. Payment is due 48 hours after auction closing. Invoices over $5,000 must be paid via wire transfer. Financing will require a contract specifying the loan terms and conditions. Transfer of ownership will all be handled online, no in-person meetings required. We recommend opting in for all text message alerts so you know if you have been outbid and when your lot will be closing.
