Kohler Electric Plant with Kohler Emergency Plant

Item appears to be a V-4 Kohler engine used as a generator.  Condition is very used and unknown if it runs.  The electrical panel attached to it appears to be mostly complete (am unsure what is supposed to be in the panel).  Not sure what parts might be missing from the rest of the machine.  What is in the pictures and on the pallet is what comes with the machine.  It is very heavy and will require a lift gate or a bed crane to lift it. It is a gas engine.
