The VEC6 includes manual tilting mechanism, steam-jacketed system, geared tilt mechanism, and removable pouring lip strainer. The 2712 slicer includes MICROBAN antimicrobial product protection, two-speed automatic carriage with front mounted controls, tilting removable carriage system, CleanCut knife, top mounted Borazon stone sharpener, and Hobart Poly V-belt drive system. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Working status of all equipment is unknown.
