Item(s) are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, and WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, expressed or implied. Descriptions and photos are provided as a guide; condition, defects, or missing parts are not guaranteed. No returns. All sales are final.
Property is located on JBLM. Buyer is required to have a Real ID Driver's License, EDL, or Passport to gain access to the base.
Pickup & Removal Instructions:
• Removal is by appointment only. Pickup hours are Mon-Fri 9AM-2PM
• To schedule your pickup, use the CALENDAR LINK located at the bottom of your Bill of Sale after payment is completed.
• Buyers requiring base access must contact the POC prior to scheduling a pickup appointment to coordinate installation access.
• Buyers are responsible for safe loading, removal, and transportation of purchased items.

Buyer MUST HAVE OWN BASE ACCESS, such as a military ID (Active Duty, Retired, Dependent, etc.) or DoD CAC ID. Seller cannot escort buyers onto base ***SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE*** The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available. Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed between MARCH 23-27, 2026. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned. At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). After payment, buyers will find a link on the bill of sale where they can select an available time slot for pick up.
