ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Property may be removed Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. Written authorization will be needed if someone other than the buyer plans to pick up the item. If this applies to you, contact the Asset Contact so that the Authorization of Release Form can be emailed to you. If there is a vehicle title, please allow two business days after payment has been made for the title to be sent to Fleet Services so that it will be there when you pick up the vehicle.
