- Scheduling & Hours: Inspections are highly flexible and available seven (7) days a week to tailor to your needs. All inspections must be scheduled in advance by emailing auctions@miltonsurplus.com. While we make every effort to work with bidders, we cannot guarantee accommodation for all requested inspection times. If your requested time is unavailable, we will provide the next best available date and time. - Deadlines: Bidders may schedule inspections up until the active auction ends. Post-auction inspections are not permitted. - On-Site Guidelines: During an inspection, bidders are welcome to come onto the property to thoroughly inspect assets under the direct supervision of a Milton Surplus field representative. However, no inspection assistance will be provided by Milton Surplus. - Revocation of Privileges: Milton Surplus reserves the right to revoke inspection privileges for any bidder at any time, at our sole discretion.

Optional Freight Preparation & Shipping Assistance We understand that many of our buyers arrange third-party freight. As a courtesy, we are willing to assist with basic freight preparation so your carrier can pick up the item. If you require this service, the following terms apply: - Preparation Fee: A materials and handling fee will be added to your final GovDeals invoice before payment. This fee covers the cost of pallets, heavy-duty strapping, and shrink wrap. (Fees vary based on the size of the item; please contact us prior to bidding for a prep quote). - Not a Professional Shipping Center: We are a surplus liquidator, not a professional packaging or crating facility. We will securely strap and wrap the item to a pallet to the best of our ability using standard warehouse materials, but we cannot guarantee that our packing methods meet specific commercial freight standards.
