Selling a John Deere 310J backhoe with 8,681 hours. This machine runs and operates and has been a dependable piece of equipment for the City. The backhoe has been used by the City for public works operations. Over the last two years, it has primarily been used to load gravel. The City purchased a new compact excavator and is now purchasing a skid steer, so this machine is no longer needed. The machine does run and operate; however, the City believes it may not have all gears when shifting. Bidders should inspect the machine and satisfy themselves as to the condition before bidding.
