Medium Frame New Model 40 Pocket Rifle, .22 rim fire, SN: *12929, rifle, 18" round brl, tip up action, good condition. The rifle is fitted with a wire butt stock with matching numbers located on the left side of the barrel under the receiver, on the bottom of the grip frame and on the top of the wire stock where it slides into the grip frame. The rear sight is a folding adjustable ladder and the front is a fixed globe type. Steel trigger guard with checkered trigger face and hammer spur. The factory nickel finish is thinning on the grip frame and shows only traces on the wire stock. The barrel is octagonal at the breech and shows traces of factory bluing throughout with a mostly light and dark gray mottled patina. The grip panels are smooth walnut and the entire bicycle rifle shows scattered handling wear throughout. 28-6-26
