• No loading assistance provided.
• Pickup will be done by appointment only. Pickup hours are Monday-Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (closed from 12-1:30) and subject to change. CLOSED ON FRIDAYS for loadout!!
• Buyer is responsible for all loadout arrangements. Successful bidders are responsible for safe loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them.
• Bring your own jumper box/cables and air compressor
Facilities and Operations will not accommodate unscheduled pick-up requests
There is a $50.00 fee if items need to be palletized and shrink wrapped (per pallet).
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate

Pick ups are by appointment only, email rgonter@cityoftulsa.org to schedule. The buyer’s certificate must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you. Pick ups between 9:00 AM – 3:00PM (closed from 12-1:30) Facilities and Operations will not accommodate unscheduled pick-up requests. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of paid item(s). The City of Tulsa will not package, weigh or ship items. Successful bidder will be responsible for cost of packing and shipping of any item(s).
