Overview
This lot contains (1) pallet of Hammermill 11"x17" paper Item#102103 20LB 2500 sheets. The pallet contains an estimated 21 boxes of paper. All boxes appear to contain Hammermill 11"x17" paper, although other paper may be included.
Condition & Markings
This lot is in new condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required.
The pallet contains an estimated 21 boxes with paper specifications of 20LB weight and 2500 sheets per box.
Inspection is recommended to verify exact quantity and condition of contents.
Inspection and Removal
Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment.
Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description.
Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance.
Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
Property can be viewed and picked up Monday through Friday, 0700-1400 hours with at least 24 hours prior notice required before access is granted.
Government issued or state issued ID is required as the building site is federal property. All visitors must present a "Real ID" compliant license to be signed in on site.
Only the person identified on the transfer order, or their agent identified in writing, will be allowed to pick up the property.
Multiple loads or site visits may be necessary. The bidder will be responsible to load and secure material prior to leaving the site.
