The gown, cape, and wings are constructed from white plastic needlepoint canvas panels overcast in yarn along every edge in green, blue, yellow, purple, red, and orange, forming a pointed hem, a shoulder cape, and a pair of pointed wings at the back. The doll has moulded blonde curled hair, painted blue eyes and pink lips, and jointed arms, and wears a gold tinsel-chenille halo wired over the crown of the head. A large silver glitter organza bow is tied at the chest with long tails and gold ribbon streamers trail down the back. A small printed card reading "Guardian Angel" in script is tucked at the front of the gown. Flaws include creasing and slight warping of the plastic canvas panels, loose and fuzzed yarn ends at several edges, crushing and wrinkling of the organza bow, dust throughout the canvas grid and the hair, tangled hair at the back of the head, and glue and wire attachment points visible at the halo and bow; the "Guardian Angel" card is loose rather than fixed in place.
