For auction is a Brock grain elevator, like new from the Wexner Arts exhibit. Unit is used and untested. This unit is large and heavy and will necessitate a long trailer/truck to transport this item. The metal stairs as seen in the photos are not included in this asset. The three 4wheel dollies are OSU property and are not included in this lot.
All assets are sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once any asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid. Winning bidders are responsible for arranging asset pickup and transportation (Item pickup at bay 24). We do not deliver any assets whatsoever, and are unable to provide any containment such as boxes, crates, straps, etc. We require 24-hour notice prior to all asset pickups and inspections.
Items may be picked up during normal business hours Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at our location. Appointments are available on a first come, first served basis, and may not be available next day. Please see below for additional instructions, as well as for terms and conditions of the sale.

Removal terms▾
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 1 business day in advance. With the exception of the third Tuesday of each month which is the OSU Public sale. No pickups/ inspections will be allowed. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
