If the Buyer, after making payment for an item, fails to remove the item within the specified time, the City and County of Denver reserves the right (1) to retain any and all payments; and (2) to dispose of the item as deemed desirable by the agency. Shipping is available for this item(s). The City and County of Denver will box, pack and ship item(s) through USPS if buyer provides a prepaid shipping label AND pays The City and County of Denver a handling fee AND executes a shipping liability waiver.
