Garland Commercial LP Gas Range , approximately 10 years old. This versatile range features dual ovens , 6 burners , a flat top griddle , and a broiler with standing pilots.  Was serviced in December 2025 by food service company. for an oven pilot issue which was corrected.  **Equipment sold “as is/as seen” and no warranty is implied or written** **Buyer assumes responsibility for pick-up and transport of equipment** **Equipment shall be paid for and removed within 7 business days of auction end.  If it is not, the Sanford Housing Authority retains the right to award it to another bidder** **Advance 24 hour notice is required prior to pick-up**
