Removal is by appointment only. All items must be removed within five (5) business days from the date and time of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only after payment has been received as specified. Successful bidders are solely responsible for the loading and removal of all awarded property from the location listed on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. Buyers must make all necessary arrangements and perform all work required for packing, loading, and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will The Board of School Commissioners of Mobile County provide or assume responsibility for packing, loading, shipping, or removal. Buyers are required to complete all removal activities independently. Please refer to the individual auction page for any additional removal instructions. Once property has been removed from the seller’s premises, no refunds will be issued.
