All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Buyer's certificate must be presented to the Purchasing Agent at time of pick up of property. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. If vehicle is drivable and buyer intends to drive vehicle from lot, he/she should bring oil, small can of new gas, air compressor, battery booster and anything else that might be needed for cranking and operation of vehicle.
