Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance by emailing: jdhenry@ssdmo.org IN-PERSON PICKUP BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. NO FREIGHT PICKUP OR SHIPPING OF ANY KIND. Building Hours are M-F 7am - 3pm. *Bidders are responsible for all loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them. No Assistance will be provided.* *If you plan to have a third party complete removal of this item(s), you must complete and sign a Authorization of Release document. Please contact jdhenry@ssdmo.org for this document* *Storage Fees will be assessed for items not picked up within the (10) business days following the closing date at $10 per business day.* Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Vehicle Titles will be issued at the time of removal.
