Because of security restrictions for entering the facility, pre-inspection is NOT possible. Under exceptional circumstance and at the seller’s discretion, inspection may be permitted by appointment only and only after the submission of personal data for screening through national law enforcement databases. Screening of personal data MAY take up to 10 days to complete.
Removal terms▾
The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping IS NOT available. Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned. We can accommodate collection from our facility on Monday - Friday from 8am till 3pm. If you are sending an agent in your place to collect the items, you must send, in advance, written authorization. Your written authorization should contain your designated agent’s full name. You must make an appointment, in advance, to collect your items. All drivers / personnel collecting items must be pre-approved through U.S. Mint security before permission is granted to drive on to or enter the facility. Pre-clearance before collection is essential.
