Federal employees will not suggest or endorse shipping and/or packaging companies.   Only people who are either U.S. citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents (LPRs) are allowed to inspect or collect surplus personal property at NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC). If you successfully bid on items, you are responsible for removing them from the MSFC premises and you cannot throw them away in the trash bins on site.
