****PLEASE NOTE**** BIDDERS WHO DO NOT REMOVE ASSETS IN THE ALLOTTED 10 BUSINESS DAYS WILL BE DEFAULTED AND THEIR ACCOUNTS WILL BE LOCKED. PLEASE BID ACCORDINGLY. ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All items must be removed (by appointment only) within 10 business days from the date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Please EMAIL Asset Contact to SCHEDULE a removal appointment. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases must be removed by person listed on buyers certificate unless proper documentation has been completed to release to another individual.
