Removal terms▾
Property shall be removed between the hours of 9:30am thru 2:00pm (unless other arrangements are made). Appointments for removal can be made by emailing tmahar@ocnj.us or contacting Tom at 609.399.6111. ext. 9353. WE DO NOT SHIP. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time & date of auction close. A daily storage fee of $25.00 will be imposed after the 10 day period. THE BUYER SHALL MAKE ALL ARRANGEMENTS & PERFORM ALL WORK NECESSARY, INCLUDING PACKING, LOADING, SECURING AND SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS OF THE PROPERTY.
