Please call Doug Combs at 423-547-6417 Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm to schedule an inspection. Please inspect items prior to placing a bid. INSPECTIONS ARE ONLY ON THE DATES AND TIMES INDICATED IN THE DESCRIPTION. Please email a question through "Ask A Question" first to receive a contact name and phone number. Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. If you are the WINNING BIDDER and all paperwork has been processed. Please call Greg Workman at 423-542-1505 to set up a date and time for pick up. Business hours for the City of Elizabethton is 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday. ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All items must be REMOVED ON THE DATES AND TIMES INDICATED IN THE DESCRIPTION ONLY. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
