This lot contains 12 ft drywall sheets and a pallet of drywall mud/spackling. The materials are classified in new/unused condition.

Inspection is recommended to ascertain exact quantities and condition of all materials.
The lot includes 12ft drywall sheets, other miscellaneous drywall pieces, and a pallet of drywall mud/spackling compound.
Pushcarts visible in the area are not included with this lot.
Inspection and Removal
Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment.
Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description.
Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance.
Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
The successful bidder is required to take all materials included in this lot.
Multiple loads and site visits may be necessary for complete removal.
Property can be viewed and picked up Monday through Friday, 0700-1400 hours with at least 24 hours prior notice required before access is granted.
Government issued or state issued identification is required as the building site is federal property.
Only the person identified on the transfer order or their agent identified in writing will be allowed to pick up the property.
The bidder is responsible to load and secure material prior to leaving the site and should expect no assistance with loading or securement of the property.
