S.O.A., Government Issue, Youth Brigade. A collection of four early Dischord Records 7-inch EPs representing the foundational releases of the Washington D.C. hardcore punk scene, circa 1980-1982. Includes: The Teen Idles 'Minor Disturbance EP' (Dischord No.1), S.O.A. 'No Policy EP' (Dischord No.2), Government Issue 'Legless Bull EP' (Dischord No.4), and Youth Brigade 'Possible EP' (Dischord No.6). These are among the most historically significant releases in American hardcore punk history, originating the straight-edge movement and establishing the Dischord label founded by Ian MacKaye and Jeff Nelson. All four records are key pieces of punk memorabilia and highly sought after by collectors worldwide.
