AUCTION POST –Dewalt and Milwaukee Lot of Tools Manufacturer: Unknown Model: Unknown Serial: Unknown Purchase Date: Unknown Purchase Price: Unknown Vendor: Unknown Please refer to Inventory Sheet Attached DESCRIPTION • This auction consists of Dewalt and Milwaukee Lot of tools, hereafter referred to as “the asset”. • The asset is located on grounds at our facility, the Department of State Hospitals – Patton (hereafter referred to as DSH-P). • FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS • Do they work? Some have been confirmed but not sure about all tools. • Does it require maintenance? Unknown. I am not an expert in the use of this equipment. However, I don’t believe some of the batteries work. • What was the issue that made it unusable? Surplus of tools from our Carpenter Shop. • How long has the item been non-operational? 3 months. • List of specifications is attached. It includes manufacturer, model, serial number, purchase date, purchase price, operational status. STIPULATIONS • Once posted online, all DSH-P assets are made available to other government entities on a first-come, first-served basis. State departments are required to put the needs of other government entities over the benefit of the sale of state-owned property. If a government entity requests transfer of this item, this item will be withdrawn from auction immediately. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. • Prospective bidders are encouraged to visit DSH-P to inspect and determine the condition of the asset prior to bidding. • Inspections and pick-up are by appointment only; please allow at least 24 hours in advance unless other arrangements are made with the Site Contact. • Sold AS is, WHERE is. For liability purposes, the winning bidder will be required to remove the asset from its current location, as it will legally be their property. • Under no circumstances will DSH-P assist in or assume responsibility for loading. • NOTE: DSH-P IS IN NO WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKING OR SHIPMENT OF THESE ITEMS.
