Removal terms▾
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. Pick-up hours are Monday through Friday between 8:30 am EST and 2:00 pm EST. We are located in the lower level of the Administrative Services Building at The University of Akron. The address is 185 East Mill Street, Akron, OH 44325. There are signs on the sidewalk directing auction pick-ups and deliveries to drive down the ramp to the loading docks below. We do NOT pack or ship any items.
