Decking boards, plastic composite. Slats meant for a beach walkway, never used- but have been stored outside. The ropes connecting the boards may be frayed and rotted in a few places due to being outside. Boards are 5x40 inches. There is about 75-100 sections; with about 20 boards per section.

Inspection terms▾

Inspection: Bidders are encouraged to conduct an inspection prior to submitting a bid. Inspections must be scheduled during the dates and times designated by the Township of Lower. To request an appointment or obtain additional information, please email mvitelli@townshipoflower.org. All other inquiries must also be submitted via email to the same address.

Removal terms▾

Removal Terms: Removal is by appointment only, and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the issuance date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Items will be released only upon receipt of full payment, as specified in the sale terms. Successful bidders are solely responsible for the loading, handling, and removal of all awarded property. No assistance or equipment will be provided by the Township. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be assessed for any items not removed within the allotted 10 business days. Vehicle titles will be issued at the time of removal.
