Overview This lot contains (3) Countertop microwave ovens: (1) Simply Perfect unit, (1) Frigidaire model FFMO1611LS, and (1) Panasonic model NN-SB65NSD AZH. The items are classified in repairable condition. All units are in non-working condition and do not heat properly. Condition & Markings This lot is in repairable condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. All three microwave units are in non-working condition and do not heat properly, requiring repair of internal components. The Panasonic model has a malfunctioning door open button that is loose, and the door opens from the top rather than through the button mechanism. All microwaves show normal wear from agency use and standard warehouse storage. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. This facility does not prepare any sales for shipping or assist with loading.
