Exceptional custom 1911-pattern semi-automatic pistol manufactured by Coonan Inc. of Blaine, Minnesota, chambered in the powerful .357 Magnum cartridge and finished in attractive brushed stainless steel. Features include a precision-machined slide with angled rear serrations, extended beavertail grip safety, commander-style hammer, skeletonized aluminum trigger, and finely fitted hardwood grips with engraved Coonan gear logos. Barrel hood is clearly marked “.357 MAG. Only minor handling indications visible. A scarce and highly desirable modern big-bore autoloader combining classic 1911 ergonomics with magnum revolver performance and notable collector appeal..
