BUYER RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL REMOVAL, DISASSEMBLY, AND TRANSPORTATION. - Labor & Equipment: Winning bidder must supply all labor, teardown tools, machinery, loading equipment, and transport vehicles. Town staff will not assist with disassembly or loading. - Scope of Removal: Buyer must remove all play structures. Site must be left clean and clear of debris. - Footings & Site Integrity: Equipment is anchored in the ground. Buyer is responsible for determining the appropriate method to remove footings safely without damaging surrounding Town property. Any damage caused during removal will be repaired at the buyer's expense. - Scheduling: Removal date/time must be coordinated with Town staff at least 48 hours in advance and completed strictly within 14 days of close of auction.
