This lot features a Colt Government Model 1911 semi-automatic pistol chambered in .38 Super, issued as a Davidson’s Exclusive limited edition titled El Presidente de Oro, numbered 1 of 500. The pistol is equipped with a 5-inch barrel and features a highly polished gold-plated finish with elaborate scroll engraving across the slide and frame. The firearm is fitted with black synthetic grip panels that showcase gold-toned scrollwork and the Mexican national emblem of an eagle perched upon a cactus with a serpent in its beak.
