BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING ITEMS, WAREHOUSE STAFF DO NOT ASSIST WITH LOADIN, NO EQUIPMENT IS AVAILABLE IS ASSIST WITH LOADING ITEMS. **REPORT TO THE MAIN OFFICE AT THE FRONT (NOT LOADING DOCK SIDE) OF THE BUILDING FIRST TO COMPLETE PAPERWORK, YOU WILL THEN BE INSTRUCTED WHERE TO RECIEVE ITEM. IF THE BUYER DESIGNATES SOMEONE ELSE FOR THE PICKUP AN AUTHORIZATION OF RELEASE MUST BE PROVIDED. SHIPPING IS NOT PROVIDED!! Property MUST BE REMOVED BY APPOINTMENT ONLY and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyers Certificate.
