Overview This lot contains (1) pallet of USG Ceilings 4231 Olympia Micro acoustic ceiling panels. The pallet consists of twelve boxes with sixteen pieces per box, each measuring two feet by two feet by 5/8 inches. The ceiling tiles are unused but have been in storage for an unknown period of time. (14854561060001) usable Key Features Acoustic ceiling panels designed for sound absorption. Standard commercial size of 2' x 2' x 5/8" for easy installation in suspended ceiling systems. Total of 192 ceiling panels (16 pieces per box, 12 boxes total). Condition & Markings The ceiling panels are unused but have been stored for an extended period. The pallet is wrapped in plastic and shows USG Ceilings branding and product labeling. Some boxes show minor wear from storage and handling. May have other unknown deficiencies due to storage conditions. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Inspection is highly recommended prior to bidding. Successful bidder is responsible for necessary repairs and must remove within allotted time frame.
