Carl Walther P38 9mm

To reduce overall weight for service carry, Walther transitioned from the traditional forged steel frame of the World War II era to a lightweight aluminum alloy frame. While the military versions adopted by the West German Bundeswehr were officially designated as the P1, models manufactured for commercial export and various West German state police forces retained the historic P38 slide rollmarks. It is in its blued and anodized original finish with some wear and pitting. It has wood grips that are not standard issue, fixed sights, a thumb safety decocker,and a lanyard loop. Includes 2 - 8rnd magazines, a lanyard, and West German police leather flap holster. Has signs of use. Please see photos.
