Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Inspection is by appointment only. Please see the contact below to schedule an inspection. Bill of Sale may only be signed by the Buyer. If sending a Third- Party Agent, the Bill of Sale will be scanned/faxed to the Buyer, and the Buyer must send a signed Bill of Sale back to the Seller before the property can be released to the Third-Party Agent. If your third-party utilizes a semi-truck and trailer. Please request that they park on Oliver Hill Way, and call the contact number, and we will bring the items out to them.

Please refer to your Asset ID# when scheduling All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided.
