If we make a material mistake in a listing, we will make it right. Our Commitment We guarantee that the item you receive will materially match the actual lot photos shown in the auction listing. If you believe the item you received does not materially match the actual lot photos, you must notify Budget Barn within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be considered. All return requests are reviewed individually and must be approved by Budget Barn before any return or refund will be issued. The Actual Lot Photos Are the Listing The actual lot photos are the most important part of every listing and take precedence over all other information. Please carefully review every lot photo before placing a bid. Product titles, specifications, stock photos, and product descriptions may be automatically imported from manufacturers or retailers for product identification purposes only. These may contain errors or show accessories, attachments, packaging, or product configurations that are not included with the item being sold. Only the items visible in the actual lot photos are guaranteed to be included unless Budget Barn specifically states otherwise. Failure to carefully review the actual lot photos before bidding is the bidder’s responsibility and does not qualify an item for return or refund. Open Box Condition Unless otherwise stated, all items are sold in Open Box condition. Open Box means the manufacturer’s packaging may have been opened or may show signs of handling. Items may be customer returns, overstock, shelf pulls, or other liquidation merchandise. Budget Barn does not test items for functionality. Unless specifically stated otherwise, the operational condition of every item is unknown. Because items are not tested, Budget Barn cannot guarantee that an item is fully functional, complete, or includes all original accessories. By placing a bid, the bidder acknowledges that they understand all Open Box items are sold in untested condition and have reviewed the actual lot photos before bidding. When Returns May Be Approved Returns may be approved only when Budget Barn determines that an item materially differs from the actual lot photos. Examples include: The customer received the wrong item. The customer received an item that is materially different from the item shown in the actual lot photos. A major component clearly visible in the actual lot photos was missing when the item was received. The item received was substantially different from what was represented in the actual lot photos. When Returns Will Not Be Approved Returns will not be approved for reasons including, but not limited to: The item does not function. The item is incomplete. Accessories shown only in manufacturer or stock photos were not included. Product titles, specifications, or descriptions contained inaccurate information imported from manufacturers or retailers. The bidder did not review the actual lot photos before placing a bid. The customer changed their mind. The item was incompatible with the customer’s intended use. Normal signs of use, cosmetic wear, damage, or missing components that were visible in the actual lot photos. Manufacturer defects. Any condition that was visible or reasonably identifiable in the actual lot photos. Our Promise Our commitment is simple.
