Payment
- All winning lots must be paid in full within five (5) days of the auction’s closing date, and must be picked up or have shipping arranged within ten (10) days of the auction’s closing date. These requirements will be strictly enforced.
- If payment is not received by day six (6) following the auction’s closing date, the lot(s) will be canceled, and the bidder’s account will be defaulted.
- If the lot(s) are not picked up or shipping is not arranged by day eleven (11) following the auction’s closing date, the lot(s) will be considered ABANDONED and will be re-auctioned without exception, with no refunds issued.

The winning bidder is responsible for all freight shipping and freight handling costs, which will be added to the final GovDeals invoice We DO NOT accept shipping labels for smaller lot(s) or customer-arranged freight for larger lot(s) from winning bidders due to a past issue with a previous bidder. It is the winning bidder's responsibility to notify us if freight shipping is required after the auction has closed. Due to the high volume of orders we process, we will not initiate contact regarding shipping arrangements. If a bidder has not picked up or arranged shipping (if lot is eligible for shipping) by day 11 from Auction ending date, the lot(s) will be considered ABANDONED and re-auctioned without any exception and no refunds will be processed.
