To ensure a smooth and transparent experience for everyone, we want to reiterate a core policy of our auction house: All items are sold "as is, where is" with no warranty or guarantee of condition or functionality. ?-Condition and Functionality: Our descriptions reflect everything we observe about the item's condition and any components we can identify. However, due to the high volume and varied nature of our inventory, we operate under a policy of limited knowledge. ?-Testing: All items are considered UNTESTED unless explicitly stated otherwise in the description. If an item is listed as "untested," its operational status (working or non-working) is unknown. ?-Your Responsibility: We strongly encourage you to treat the item description and the photos as a complete disclosure. It is your responsibility to read and understand the full description, check the photos including the "untested" designation, before placing a bid. By placing a bid, you acknowledge and accept the item's condition "as is" NO REFUND! That's why they are returned products for some reasons. 1. Description vs. Images In cases where there is a discrepancy between the lot description and the images provided, the posted photos will be considered the primary and most accurate reference. 2. All Sales Final – Sold As-Is All items are sold on an “as-is” basis, with all faults. This includes possible defects, missing parts, cosmetic damage, or operational issues. No guarantees are made regarding condition, completeness, or functionality unless otherwise stated in the lot description. 3. Refund Strictly NO REFUND! Bid at your own risk! *Item Condition Categories* 1. AS-IS Items all Items are final sale and not eligible for refunds under any circumstance. By bidding on items, you acknowledge and accept the following: - The item has not been tested. - The item may be incomplete, damaged, or non-functional. - The item is sold in the condition it was received. These items are offered with no guarantees, and all associated risks are assumed by the bidder. 2. Tested Items Items marked as Tested – Turns On have been powered on to confirm they receive electricity or activate in a basic way. This does not confirm full functionality. Due to the nature of a warehouse environment, we are unable to conduct full performance or feature testing—especially for items that require extended or specialized use. This includes but is not limited to: - Electronics - Coffee machines - Ice makers - Snow blowers - Heaters - Air conditioners - Water dispensers - Power tools - Lawn equipment - Vacuum cleaners - Kitchen appliances (e.g., blenders, food processors, mixers) For these and similar items, we can only test for power. We cannot verify heating, brewing, cooling, pressure output, internal mechanics, or other functions. By bidding on tested items, you accept these limitations and assume all associated risks. 3. Not Tested Items Items marked as Not Tested have not been powered on or assessed in any way. Their functionality, completeness, and condition are unknown. By bidding on untested items, you fully accept this uncertainty and the associated risks.
