IMPORTANT PICKUP NOTICE All winning items MUST be picked up between August 17 and August 20.Items not picked up during this designated window WILL be moved to storage at the buyer’s expense and will incur a minimum $50 storage fee. Buyers are responsible for all storage, handling, and retrieval fees, which must be paid in full before any items will be released.Any items not picked up within 30 days of the auction date will be considered abandoned and surrendered to Broken Arch Auction Gallery. The items may then be resold to recover storage and related expenses.NO EXCEPTIONS!!. Please make arrangements to pick up your items within the required pickup window. On August 15th, explore two vast collections of teddy bears and vintage model trains in this month's specialty auction! This sale features vintage and special edition Steiff and other collectible teddy bears, beanie babies, Muffy Vanderbear clothes, plush animals, toys, and character bears. Alongside these highly collectible bears and toys is an outstanding selection of Lionel and other vintage model trains, locomotives, rolling stock, accessories, transformers, and boxed pieces. Whether you’re a season collector, hobbyist, or searching for a nostalgic treasure, this auction offers something for everything enthusiast. Pickup Instructions Pickup Dates: Monday August 17th- Thursday 20th 9:00 am-4:00 pm. Purchased items not picked up from our auction facility within the 17th-20th timeframe, will be charged a storage fee. Items left in storage 30 calendar days following the auction will be surrendered to Broken Arch Auction and sold for storage. Customers who requested shipping or who have made arrangements with a shipper are exempt from pick-up fees. We will be closed Friday, the 21st. Location: 60 Monticello Rd, Weaverville, NC 28787 Shipping Information Please be sure to check shipping at check-out if you require your lot(s) to be shipped. Once your invoice is paid, we will arrange for our shipper, Postage Express, to pick-up your lot(s). Postage Express will contact you directly and facilitate the entire shipping process. Their contact information is: 828-255-9250 and shipping@postageexpressnc.com. Contact from them may take a week or so due to the volume they pick up from us. Buyer's Premium & Payment Terms: 15% in-house buyer's premium, 20% online buyer's premium There is a 3% credit card fee. Payment Post auction, we automatically run credit cards on file for Hibid unless requested to do otherwise (paying via check or Zelle). If using Zelle, there is a $2 proceessng fee that will need to be sent with your total. If paying by check, please mail to: P.O. Buyers with invoices over $500, and without an established buyer history, must pay through the Hibid invoicing system or by Zelle. If you are paying through the HiBid system, you may request us to run your cc information before the auto-pay later in the week, as we run payments in-house and payments are not available to be made through the customer portal. (The benefit of doing this is your ability to get your lots to the shipper faster). Buyers with an established history can pay with cash, check, credit/debit card, or wire transfer. Cards will be run on our end, unless it is explicitly communicated to us via PHONE or EMAIL that you will pay via Zelle, Check, or in-person. If you are tax-exempt but have not uploaded your documentation to HiBid, we can remove the sales tax with valid proof of exemption.
