The system provides fully automated material handling from magazine loading through cleaning, weighing, printing, inspection, and thermal drying. At its core, the XH1 screen printer delivers high-accuracy performance with optical alignment and multi-camera positioning, capable of handling substrates from approximately 100 mm to 250 mm with repeatability rated to ±12.5 microns (6 Sigma), making it well suited for demanding print processes.
The line includes integrated upstream and downstream automation, including a multi-magazine unloader, Teknek and Airknife cleaning station for contamination control, and precision weigh modules with inline quality verification and reject capability.
