Sales to Employees: Pursuant to MS Code 25-4-105 (3) (b), school board members and district employees, as well as the spouses and dependent children of the school board members and the district employees of the Seller are *NOT ELIGIBLE TO BID* on the property listed for auction.
*️⃣⭐✳️ NOTE: This lot will ONLY be listed on auction for a FEW DAYS and will END ON MONDAY MORNING. PAYMENT "MUST" BE MADE ASAP!!! *️⃣⭐✳️
** NO Testing on anything, normal surplus procedures are to remove or wipe hard drives, but these were not checked by our department.

The lot consists of the following items:
* 19 Daktech Computers
* 12 iPads and 16 iPad Minis
* Other items are Dell, Asus, MicroSoft, Discovery computers
* Epson, Fujitso, 3D printers and/or scanners
✳️✳️ Currently stored loose on 1 pallet, additional charges will apply for boxes (see below).
⭐ Buyer arranged shipping will be accepted (see below for materials/handling fees by Seller), but the Buyer will be responsible for selecting their own carrier, negotiate rates, shipping terms, and will remit payment directly to the carrier/shipper of their choice. At NO time will the Seller be liable for any shipping fees. Buyer will provide their own shipping insurance and will NOT hold the Seller liable for any damage incurred during shipping.
⭐ The Seller will shrink wrap the pallet and apply the prepaid label to the outside of the pallet/box. Every effort will be made to package the items in a safe and secure manner, but the Seller is NOT liable for damages incurred during shipping.
⭐ A 'Prepaid Label Shipping Waiver for Assets Won on GovDeals' MUST be completed and returned to the Seller prior to pick up. If this is not completed, the Seller will NOT release the items.
⭐ IF the Buyer arranges their own shipping, there will be a materials/handling FEE of $50.00 PER PALLETor LOT. Additional fees will be applied if boxes are requested ... $5.00 per box and $50.00 per Gaylord.

Removal terms▾
Property may be removed Monday - Friday, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. ONLY (CST) by APPOINTMENT ONLY and MUST be made at least 24 hours in advance. CALL 901-584-7664 (or e-mail kay.shelton@dcsms.org) to schedule your pickup. All items MUST be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. The Buyer will make ALL arrangements and perform ALL work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of the property. NO assistance will be provided. Bidders will be LOCKED unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
