Removal terms▾
**PICK UP ONLY** The Buyer is responsible for PICK UP AT: 400 North Street, Harrisburg PA 17120 (Keystone Bldg, Room E-107) The Seller has sole discretion to determine whether any refunds will be issued, and no refunds shall be owed unless approved by the Seller. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) will be declared abandoned, and the buyer will receive no financial compensation. You MUST bring an appropriate vehicle for pickup, along with the ***payment confirmation/bill of sale***. The ENTIRE lot must be picked up at one time, no partial pickups. Removal time is from 8:00 a.m. through 2:00 p.m. sharp. Excluding legal holidays. If shipment is being picked up by a third party, then the bill of lading must be emailed to Rachel at ryerger@pa.gov prior to pick up, otherwise carrier will be turned away.
