Assets will be available for pick-up Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. excluding Wednesdays and Holidays. If there are any issues with the item at the time of removal, resolve them with the Seller BEFORE THE ITEM IS REMOVED. All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, dismantling (if applicable), loading and transportation of the property.
