All items offered for sale are used unless otherwise stated as new. Items are sold as is and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding and by appointment only if location is other than 1801 Roberts Ave Tallahassee Florida. Upon purchase contact to arrange pickup if you will require help loading or the item is large and requires a forklift etc. All sales are final. All viewings can be scheduled by contacting 8506445520. Viewing, scheduling and pickups can be done Monday thru Thursday between the hours of 8:30 and 3:30 except during lunch from 12 to 1. There is no scheduling, viewing or pickups on Friday.
Removal terms▾
If you are the winning bidder you can contact the Seller PRIOR to arriving to verify payment has cleared and for instructions on pickup and removal. You must contact before pickup if you will require help loading the item or it requires a forklift or other equipment. You must always contact prior to picking up a vehicle. All pickups are done Monday thru Thursday 8:30 to 3:30. There are no pick ups during lunch from 12 to 1. There is no viewing, scheduling or pickups done on Friday. You must pay on line; no payments accepted on site. All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them. Please contact the seller to arrange the date and time of your pickup. All pickups are by appointment only.
